Atcham Bridge and Church Reflection - Framed Photographic Print
Two bridges, a church and the River Severn. Atcham is a place I return to often, because the same few elements can make a different photograph every time.
I made this picture from the new bridge, looking towards the old one. The church stood behind it, and its reflection happened to fit perfectly inside the stone arch. That small alignment is what makes the photograph for me.
In winter there is often mist here. Early morning light changes the scene again, and bright midday sun brings out the stone and the river. There are a million and one pictures to be found in this one place.
Photograph by Paul Smith-Keitley. Printed on classic semi-glossy paper in a ready-to-hang wooden frame, in natural wood or dark wood. Horizontal sizes: 20 x 25 cm, 40 x 50 cm and 60 x 80 cm. The whole photograph is preserved within a white border.
